We use click and collect for all deliveries. In relation to deliveries outside of Denmark, the given country’s postal service will deliver the package to a Parcel shop near your chosen shipping address.
The postal service will leave a notification when/where it arrives and when/where you can pick up your package.
We use Post Nord, Dao & GLS when making deliveries within Denmark and in selected countries within Europe.
We use Post Nord when making deliveries outside of Europe.
We will choose the carrier on cheapest price and fastest delivery time based on your chosen shipping address.
Denmark: 3-7 working days in Denmark after we have notified you regarding shipment.
Europe: 4-10 working days after we have notified you regarding shipment.
Outside of Europe: 5-10 working days after we have notified you regarding shipment.
Can I return an order?
Yes of course! You can return your order or parts of your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided it meets the conditions of our return policy (read more about this in our terms and conditions).
Important: 14 days after you have received the product you have the opportunity to let us know that the order / parts of the order will be returned for a refund.
How long do I have to return an order?
The most important thing is, that you let us know that the order / parts of the order will be returned for a refund no later than 14 days after receiving the product.
If we receive message of your return later than 14 days, we will not be able to process your request if you haven't told us about your return before.
It is your responsibility to make sure we know about your request within the above-mentioned period. It is not enough to have shipped the products within 14 days – you need to let us know.
How long does it take before I receive my refund?
From the moment we receive your return, it usually takes up to 72 hours, sometimes more, before a refund is processed. After this, it usually takes a few extra working days before the amount is back in your account. Note that it might take longer. We will send you an email when your return has been accepted and initiated.
Have you not yet received a refund?
As mentioned, it usually takes up to 72 hours, and sometimes more, before a refund has been processed. After this, it usually takes a couple of working days before the amount is back in your account.
Therefore, please allow us to use up to 10 days of working time, from the time you send your return until we have received it and can start your refund.
If more than 10 days have passed and you have not heard anything, first take a look at your tracking to see if your return has arrived to us. We obviously can't make a refund for an order we have not received.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer to exchange products. All orders that are returned are automatically refunded, provided that it meets our terms in our return policy (read more about this in our terms and conditions).
